For Portland residents: As of December 1, 2025, the clinic has moved to a new location: 4320 NE Fremont ST, Portland OR 97213, inside of Wild Hearts Wellness. Our clinic is in a red building. Once you enter, the clinic is upstairs on the second floor. There is ample street parking on NE Fremont and cross streets.
